Thank you for shopping at fearofgodw.shop.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy explains how to cancel an order, return an unwanted product, report a faulty or incorrect product and request a refund.
This policy applies to purchases made directly through fearofgodw.shop. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or replaces any statutory right or remedy available under applicable United Kingdom consumer law.
In addition to your statutory rights, fearofgodw.shop offers a voluntary return period of 30 days from the date you receive your order.
To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the product must:
Be returned within 30 days of delivery;
Be unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered;
Be in the same condition in which it was received;
Have all original tags and labels attached;
Have any hygiene seals intact;
Include all accessories, components and promotional items supplied with it;
Be returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible; and
Be accompanied by a valid order number or other reasonable proof of purchase.
You may inspect clothing in the same way that you would reasonably inspect it in a physical shop. Products must not be worn for longer than reasonably necessary to assess their appearance, fit, nature and characteristics.
Before sending any product back, contact us at:
Your return request should include:
Your order number;
The full name used for the order;
The email address used during checkout;
The product you wish to return;
The reason for the return; and
Clear photographs or video where the product is damaged, defective or incorrect.
After reviewing your request, we will provide the applicable return instructions and authorised return address.
Do not send products to an address shown on the original parcel, packaging or shipping label unless that address has been expressly confirmed by our customer service team as the authorised return location.
Addresses shown on parcels may belong to carriers, warehouses or fulfilment facilities that are not authorised to receive or process customer returns. Unauthorised returns may be rejected, delayed or lost.
Consumers purchasing products online generally have the right to cancel their order without giving a reason.
The statutory cancellation period normally ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, receives the products.
Where a single order contains multiple products delivered separately, the cancellation period normally ends 14 days after the day on which the final product is received.
To exercise your statutory cancellation right, you must send us a clear statement confirming your decision to cancel before the cancellation period expires.
Send your cancellation notice to:
Your notice should include your name, order number and the products you wish to cancel. You do not need to provide a reason.
After notifying us that you are cancelling an order, you must return the affected products without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of your decision to cancel.
The return deadline is met where the products are sent before the 14-day return period expires.
You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession and while preparing them for return.
To request cancellation before dispatch, contact info@fearofgodw.shop as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and the email address used during checkout.
We will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order. However, cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing, fulfilment or dispatch.
Where an order has already been dispatched, you may need to receive and return it in accordance with this policy.
Refusing delivery does not by itself complete a valid cancellation request. You should also contact us to confirm that you wish to cancel the order.
For a return made because you:
Changed your mind;
Ordered the wrong size, colour or style;
No longer want the product;
Made an ordering mistake; or
Prefer a different product,
you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.
Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law. Where free standard shipping was provided, no original standard delivery charge is payable or refundable.
If you selected a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard option offered, any additional delivery cost may not be refundable.
We recommend using a tracked return service and retaining proof of postage until your return and refund have been completed.
We are not responsible for a return parcel that is lost or damaged before reaching the authorised return location, except where the return method was arranged or provided by us.
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
Contact info@fearofgodw.shop as soon as reasonably possible if a product is:
Faulty or defective;
Damaged on arrival;
Incorrectly supplied;
Missing from your order;
Materially different from its description;
Not of satisfactory quality; or
Not fit for its normal or expressly agreed purpose.
Please provide:
Your order number;
A clear description of the problem;
Photographs or video showing the issue;
Photographs of the packaging and shipping label where relevant; and
Details of the remedy you are requesting.
Photographs and other evidence help us investigate the issue efficiently. Requesting reasonable evidence does not remove or restrict your statutory rights.
Where a product is confirmed as faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where a return is required.
Under applicable United Kingdom consumer law, products supplied to consumers must be:
Of satisfactory quality;
Fit for their intended purpose; and
As described.
Where a qualifying product does not meet these requirements, you may have a short-term right to reject it and request a refund within 30 days.
After the short-term rejection period, you may be entitled to request a repair or replacement.
Where a repair or replacement is impossible, unsuccessful, not completed within a reasonable time or causes significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to a price reduction or the final right to reject the product.
The appropriate remedy will depend on the circumstances, the nature of the fault and applicable law.
Where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or materially different from its description, fearofgodw.shop will cover reasonable return costs where a return is required.
Depending on the circumstances, we may:
Provide a prepaid return label;
Arrange collection;
Reimburse reasonable tracked postage costs; or
Confirm that no physical return is required.
Do not select an unusually expensive return service without our prior agreement. Where reimbursement applies, it may be limited to a reasonable and appropriate tracked service.
Unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise covered by mandatory statutory rights, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns for:
Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
Sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
Underwear, intimate apparel or swimwear where a protective hygiene seal has been removed or damaged;
Earrings or other pierced jewellery where a hygiene seal has been broken;
Products that deteriorate or expire rapidly;
Gift cards;
Products that have been worn, washed, altered or repaired;
Products damaged through misuse, neglect or improper care;
Products showing stains, perfume, smoke, cosmetics, pet hair or other signs of use;
Products with missing tags, labels, accessories or components; or
Products returned after the applicable return period has expired.
These exclusions do not affect your rights where a product is faulty, misdescribed or otherwise fails to satisfy statutory requirements.
Sale, discounted and promotional products may be returned under our 30-day return policy, provided they satisfy the applicable return conditions.
Purchasing a product at a reduced price does not remove your statutory rights where the product is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.
Where an item was sold at a reduced price because a specific fault was clearly disclosed before purchase, you may not be entitled to a remedy for that disclosed fault. Your rights concerning any separate or undisclosed fault remain unaffected.
You may handle a product only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Examples of handling beyond what is reasonably necessary include:
Wearing clothing for an extended period;
Wearing a product outside;
Washing, cleaning or altering a product;
Removing tags unnecessarily;
Breaking or removing a hygiene seal;
Staining, tearing or damaging a product;
Exposing a product to smoke, perfume, cosmetics or strong odours;
Returning a product with pet hair or visible signs of use; or
Returning an incomplete product.
Where permitted by law, we may reduce the refund to reflect a loss in value caused by handling beyond what would reasonably be allowed when inspecting a product in a physical shop.
No deduction will be made where doing so would unlawfully restrict your statutory rights.
You are responsible for packaging returned products securely.
Where reasonably possible:
Use the original product packaging;
Place the product packaging inside suitable protective outer packaging;
Include all accessories and components;
Protect the product from moisture and transport damage; and
Follow the return instructions provided by customer service.
Do not attach tape, labels or writing directly to product packaging where doing so may damage the packaging or reduce the product’s value.
To request an exchange, contact:
Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval. We cannot guarantee that a replacement size, colour or product will remain available.
Where an exchange is unavailable, you may return an eligible product for a refund and place a new order.
For a change-of-mind exchange, you may be responsible for:
Returning the original product; and
Any applicable delivery cost for the replacement product.
Where the original product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Where you validly exercise your statutory cancellation right, we will refund:
The price paid for the cancelled products; and
The cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the order, where a delivery charge was paid.
Where you selected an enhanced, express or more expensive delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional amount above the cost of standard delivery.
The direct cost of returning change-of-mind products remains your responsibility unless we have agreed otherwise or applicable law requires us to bear that cost.
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Where the statutory cancellation right applies, we will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after:
The day on which we receive the returned products; or
The day on which you provide satisfactory evidence that the products have been sent back,
whichever occurs first.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned products or satisfactory evidence that they have been returned, unless we have offered to collect them.
For an order cancelled before dispatch, the refund will normally be issued without undue delay after cancellation has been confirmed.
Refunds for qualifying faulty products will be issued within the period required by applicable law.
Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
We will use another method only where you expressly agree and do not incur additional charges as a result.
After we issue a refund, your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account. These processing times are controlled by the relevant provider.
Where permitted by law, we may make a reasonable deduction or issue a partial refund where:
A product has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary;
The returned product has been worn, washed, altered or damaged;
Tags, accessories, components or packaging are missing;
Only part of an order is returned;
A free gift or promotional item that formed part of the purchase is not returned;
The product’s value has been reduced while in the customer’s possession; or
Additional costs arose because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
Any deduction will be reasonable, proportionate and made only where legally permitted.
Ordering an incorrect size, colour or style does not normally mean that a product is faulty.
Eligible products may still be returned under our 30-day voluntary return policy, provided they satisfy all return conditions.
Customers should review the product description, measurements, sizing information and selected options carefully before completing an order.
Some orders may be delivered in more than one parcel.
Before reporting a product as missing, review all dispatch confirmations and tracking numbers associated with your order.
Where all expected parcels have arrived but a product remains missing, contact info@fearofgodw.shop and provide:
Your order number;
A list of the products received;
A list of the products believed to be missing;
Photographs of the parcel and its contents; and
Photographs of the shipping label where available.
We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy where a product is confirmed as missing.
Where tracking shows that a parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
Check the delivery address on your order confirmation;
Check around the property;
Ask household members;
Check with neighbours;
Contact reception or building-management staff;
Review any delivery photograph or carrier notice; and
Check any safe place authorised for delivery.
Should the parcel remain missing, contact info@fearofgodw.shop promptly.
We will review the available delivery evidence and assist with an appropriate investigation.
Refusing delivery or failing to collect a parcel does not automatically complete a valid cancellation or return request.
You should contact info@fearofgodw.shop to confirm that you wish to cancel or return the order.
Where a parcel is returned because it was:
Refused;
Not collected;
Sent to an incorrect or incomplete address;
Undeliverable because the address was inaccessible; or
Returned because the customer did not respond to carrier instructions,
we will review the matter after the parcel reaches the authorised return facility.
Where legally permitted, reasonable delivery, return or handling costs caused by circumstances attributable to the customer may be deducted from the refund.
A tracking update stating “returned to sender” does not necessarily mean that the parcel has reached an authorised return facility.
After the parcel has been received and inspected, we will contact you or process the appropriate refund or redelivery arrangement.
Additional redelivery costs may apply where the return resulted from incorrect customer information, refusal of delivery or failure to collect the parcel, where permitted by law.
Where a product was purchased by another person and sent to you as a gift, any approved monetary refund will normally be returned to the original payment method used by the purchaser.
We cannot redirect a refund to a different person or payment account unless an alternative arrangement is expressly agreed and legally permitted.
We may request reasonable proof of purchase before processing a return, exchange or refund.
Acceptable proof may include:
An order number;
An order confirmation email;
The email address used during checkout;
A payment record; or
Other information that allows us to identify the transaction.
Where you cannot locate your order information, contact info@fearofgodw.shop using the email address associated with the purchase.
We may investigate a return where we reasonably suspect:
Return substitution;
Deliberate product damage;
False delivery or damage claims;
Use of counterfeit or unrelated products;
Repeated misuse of the voluntary return policy;
Manipulation of promotional offers; or
Other fraudulent activity.
We may refuse a voluntary return where the conditions of this policy have not been satisfied.
This section will not be used to deny or restrict any statutory right or remedy to which a consumer is legally entitled.
Please contact info@fearofgodw.shop before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Starting a payment dispute does not create additional return rights and does not remove the requirement to return products where a refund is lawfully conditional upon their return.
We may provide order, payment, delivery and communication records to the relevant payment provider when responding to a dispute.
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate order and contact information;
Reviewing product and sizing information before purchase;
Contacting us within the applicable return period;
Following the return instructions provided;
Packaging returned products securely;
Using a suitable return service;
Retaining proof of postage; and
Ensuring that returned products comply with this policy.
These responsibilities do not limit any obligation that legally remains with fearofgodw.shop.
This policy operates alongside applicable United Kingdom consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or replaces any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
We may update this Return and Refund Policy to reflect changes to:
Our return procedures;
Product range;
Delivery arrangements;
Payment services;
Business operations; or
Applicable legal requirements.
The updated policy will be published on fearofgodw.shop with a revised “Last updated” date.
Changes will normally apply to orders placed after the updated policy is published. The terms applying to an existing order will normally be those presented when the order was placed, unless a change is required by law or provides the customer with greater protection.
